About this space Large and Comfortable,Circular drive and covered carport off street parking accommodates 4 cars. Large Backyard and deck.
My house, license #17STR-19878 sits in the center of the block at 2018 Brutus Street in the Gentilly area of New Orleans. It has a house directly across from it
and is flanked by one house on each side of it.
It is well lit with a street light at the end of the carport. The Street is quiet and safe with a large grassy area in the back yard for children to play in.
The neighborhood is close to city park, the Fairground and the Lakefront and about ten miles from downtown New Orleans.
The space
My house sits on a quiet street with only one other house with an entrance opening to the street. It’s conveniently accessible to public transportation within a one block area, which will take you to downtown New Orleans In less than fifteen minutes. It’s minutes away from City Park, University of New Orleans and Dillard University the Norman Mayer Pubic Library, the race tract,and the lakefront.
It also has a dedicated 2mile walking path bordered by large oak trees.
Many fast food places, grocery stores and the well known Zimmers Poorboy’s a block away.

Summary: This year is the second time we've chosen Marie's place for our family Thanksgiving trip, and we would definitely book her house again. The home is so roomy for us to have our own space, and except for one steep front step, the home is flat and accessible for my mother. Our trip's purpose was to relax and spend time with family, and booking this home allowed us to do exactly that. Their home is spotlessly clean, and they provide thoughtful amenities in case you forget something. My sister lives nearby, and the kitchen space was just what we needed for our family to finish our Thanksgiving meal prep, plus we had all the cookware and serving ware for our meals. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city and surrounding areas. Communication is prompt and helpful, and they make themselves available for any questions. We had a wonderful vacation and Thanksgiving staying in Marie's place, and we're so grateful for the wonderful hospitality!
