Casita is in a newly developed Oakwood Shores. It’s in a secured gated community with security patrol, surrounded by 2 expansive lakes, in beautiful Manteca.
Casita has a separate private entrance. Its a 1 bdrm. with living rm. or you may use it as a 2nd bedrm. total rooms is “2”. Room 1 has a king size bed with double doors leading to the 2nd rm. Rm. 2 has a queen size sofa bed. There is a walk in closet, full bathm with shower,
Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 46 and 50in TV.
The space
Located on a quiet and safe neighborhood street with security patrol. Casita is on the first floor (no stairs).
All Bedding and towels are freshly cleaned prior to each new guest arriving. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned with each new guest.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CANNOT GIVE US 5 STARS ON LOCATION.
We know we are not located in the prime locations such as, San Francisco Bay Area, or the Yosemite Area which is why our accommodation prices are much lower. So, please do your research and know the location you choose to book/stay. If we were not honest on our listing to where we are located (Manteca) then I could understand a lower score on Location. We enjoy hosting our guest and we go above and beyond to make sure our guest are happy, comfy and safe.. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest access
The Casita has its own private entrance, with 2 rooms and 1 full bathroom. No access to the main house.
There’s a community pool and playground that you may use. Community pool means that the whole community has access to the pool. It’s not located at the Casita. It’s located by the main gate entrance. It’s approximately 4 blocks away from the Casita.
**please note** total of 2 rooms. Room 1, king size bed, room 2, queen size sofa bed. Please make sure you understand the size of a “queen” bed. Don’t penalize us by giving us less then 5 stars for accuracy of our listing for the size of the sofa bed when we fully disclose it on our listing. There are no extra rooms or living rooms.
**Please note** if your car leaks please park on the street.
Other things to note
You may use community pool however there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. We are not liable for anything.
When you walk up to the main house front door turn left (white door) There is a electronic pad lock attached to the door. You may come and go at your own leisure.
**NO PETS**
**No smokers, vaping, offensive drug smells inside house. Loud and disruptive behavior isn’t wanted by neighbors.. No cigarette butts or other trashing of landscape. Please enjoy but also respect the home and the next guest who stays with us.
Smoking in the casita is strictly prohibited, $350 cleaning fee will be charged in case of smoking is detected.
