With a rear deck and pontoon boat accessibility this offers easy access on the water to all of what Chautauqua Lake has to offer. With the marina right around the corner for rentals. Inside comfortably sleeps up to 10, with a king in the master bedroom. Queen in the princess suite, and 2 bunk beds in the kids room. Bonus convertible sectional in the living room. This is a canal side cottage 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath (No tub, located on first floor), with a pull convertible sectional to for more sleeping space. We allow pets for $50 per stay. Fully furnished cottage, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stove. Full-size washer and dryer. High speed internet and a smart tv. Outback you will find a dock that you can park your boat and jet skis on. A spacious back porch to sit back and relax and enjoy the wildlife. As well as a grill for you to use.
Centrally located between multiple ski resorts such as Peek n Peak and Cockaigne. Enjoy snowmobiling, ice fishing, sledding or Mayville's ice castle. In the summer season there are many marinas nearby for boat rentals.
