Summary:
This home was just renovated with beautiful finishes. With an amenity filled backyard this has everything you need for your vacation! It's a centrally located single family home, close to the beach, Palm Beach and Jupiter. It offers great access for family and friends to enjoy the Palm Beach area. This house was created to be handicap accessible, with a wheelchair entry and a wet bathroom, to make it easy for friends and family using a wheelchair.
The Space:
We enclosed the garage to offer guests more living space, and room for entertaining. As you walk into the front door, you'll see a large open space with an open concept living space, including the kitchen, dining room and living room. We also have a Florida Room set up for guests who are working from home, or want a quiet place to read and relax. As you move through the home, there are four bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with two twin beds, in addition to two full bathrooms. We have plenty of closets and storage, and have a pack and play ready for guest's with infants and children. The washer and dryer is available for guests in the utility room. The space has AC throughout the house!
Finally we have an epic backyard with a cozy seating area, a dip pool and deck, fire pit and games! The backyard has everything available to take advantage of the Florida sun.
Guest Access:
We can give you access via the August Home lock. We can have you download an application on your phone so you get Bluetooth access. For those of you who are not tech savvy, we can also guide you to keyed access.
The Neighborhood:
This is a great neighborhood with friendly people and many schools nearby.

Getting Around:
We are a two miles from the beach, and a few blocks off of the highway and other major roadways. This is centrally located to many eateries, stores and the Palm Beach Gardens Mall.
