Notre maison est située à 500 m du centre (boulangerie, Spar, restaurant).
Escapade dans notre beau médoc entre foret, plage et vigne.
La plage du Gurp se situe à 5mn en voiture où vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants et un magnifique coucher de soleil , La plage de Soulac et Montalivet est à 10 min.
Maison avec 3 chambres(linges de lit peut être fournis en supplément 15€/lit)
Chambre 1 : suite parental lit 140x190 avec salle de bain avec accès direct à la piscine par une porte fenêtre volet électrique.
Chambre 2 : lit en 140x190 avec un kit dressing, accès direct à la piscine par une porte fenêtre volet électrique.
Chambre 3 : lit 140x190 avec kit dressing, fenêtre et volet électrique.
Une salle de bain avec douche italienne (serviettes de toilette peut être fournis en supplément 5€/personne) , lave-linge et wc et 1 wc séparés.
Cuisine entièrement équipée lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, plaque vitro, cafetière etc...
Côté extérieur grande terrasse bois de 200 m2 entourée de son jolie gazon avec salon de jardins couvert, barbecue, transat etc...
