Positive: No breakfast available. loved the spacious living room, the huge sofa, and parking was a plus, kitchen is well equipped except no rice cooker. close to everything in kailua town. it was easy to find via kuakini hwy.
Negative: bathtub was slippery and rusty, need to have a rubber mat - had to stay only below the shower head so as not to slip. need to also have a water absorbent mat outside the tub so as not to slip. the twin bed was comfortable but noisy when shifting positions.
Summary: accommodation, furnishing, and parking is a plus. such a relaxing environment.
