Magnificent, 5000 square foot 3 story, luxury golf/ski retreat. House overlooks the green on the 8th hole of the CS golf course and 20+ mile views. Both deck and patio, fully equipped with seating, dining table, bbq grill and awning. Huge, center island kitchen with 8 person dining table and 3 person snack counter. Granite floors and countertops, cathedral ceilings, stainless steel appliances, stove top and oven, Insinkerator and incredible views. All dishes, utensils, cookware, condiments and kitchen supplies provided. This huge kitchen has all the cooking prep and storage space that you can ever need. Main floor boasts 18 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, office/lounge area, stainless steel/wood custom staircases with mountain and golf course views in all directions. Upper level has 2nd office/lounge area. Lower level walks directly onto the golf course with huge recreation area, including air hockey, ping pong table and double hoop pop-a-shot basketball. Lower level also has private entrance, 2nd kitchen, games. Lots of baby and toddler toys. After the day, relax in the massage chair. Four full baths constructed of marble and glass tile, custom glass shower enclosures and top end fixtures. All baths are fully supplied with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, extra tooth brushes, disposable razors, q-tips, toothpaste, etc. Master bath has both shower and bathtub with large picture window with beautiful mountain view. Six large bedrooms....2 king and 4 queen. One bed per bedroom. This house is beautiful and in perfect condition. House is 5 minute walk to Grand Cascades Hotel in Crystal Springs, which boasts 6 golf courses. 3 miles to Mountain Creek Ski, Bike, Waterpark Resort. Mountain Creek other activities include: treescape, zip lines, festivals and more. CS children's activities include: miniature golf, pony rides, ice skating, marshmallow roasts and many more. Other activities include: live music, cabaret, horseback riding, winery tours, antiques, fishing, endless hiking, archery, fitness center, spa, apple/strawberry picking, plus many many more. I am new this but I am a very good resource about my area and will do my best to help. Everything in this house is in new condition and impeccably clean. House can be rented by the season with substantial discount for stays over 30 days. 1700 square feet and two bedrooms on each of the three floors allows for lots of privacy. One or two families, with children can all live very comfortably. 4 vehicle maximum, but other parking is available.
