Floor to ceiling windows in the living room let in the light and frame the views of the water and brings in the tropical sunlight of South Florida. A wonderful spacious open living room area with large sofas, Flat-Screen TV, kitchen and formal dining area floating into the room. The formal dining area with views offer seating for 8 persons. Two bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area, plus a staircase to the 2nd floor.
2nd Floor:
The master bedroom is designed for comfort and luxury. Sliding glass-doors leading to an over-sized furnished balcony overlooking the waterway. The master bedroom has full size bathroom with separate Tub & Shower and Whirlpool/Spa. A perfect place to wake up and enjoy the water view sights!
