INTERIOR
The private home is in the heart of Magesia Falls Cove, Rancho Mirage. The property features a large front yard with a two-car garage and a spacious driveway. The entry opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with views of the gorgeous backyard and mountain scenery. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room and feature a waterfall kitchen island with a wine fridge. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space.
OUTDOORS
Exit through the living room into the covered patio, which offers a beautiful view of the backyard and mountains. The covered patio features a dining table for six. The property also includes a five-burner built-in BBQ and BBQ island with seating for six. You can soak up the sunshine on chaise lounges, or enjoy your favorite games under the misters on the backyard gazebo with the mountain backdrop. The backyard features a couple of hammocks for relaxing, and on cooler nights, you can warm up with your loved one next to the outdoor fire pit. The backyard offers a small gate to exit onto the hiking trails in Rancho Mirage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom is situated in the east wing of the property and includes a king-sized bed, plenty of natural light, and access to the sun deck with views of the mountains. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedrooms two and three are furnished with queen beds, closets, and ceiling fans, as well as 42-inch Smart TVs, and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom, located on the west side of the property, features a king-sized bed, ample sunlight, access to the backyard, and a 42-inch Smart TV.
