Positive: This property is exactly as it appears online. Beautiful, spacious, well maintained, & the view is absolutely incredible. Lounging near the water & listening to the waves is the ultimate bliss. I also appreciated that they provide beach chairs, umbrella, & towel. They really thought of everything!
Negative: I hate that I have to write this portion, but as a frequent traveler, I rely heavily on reviews & would want someone to disclose these details for me. The minor inconvenience was the washer/dryer in unit being broken. The host did supply laundry detergent & free access to the communal laundromat, which was helpful. But the biggest complaint I had with my stay was the roach infestation in the kitchen. I will say that it appeared to be limited to that room, as I didn’t see them in any other room during my entire stay. However, they were abundant in the kitchen to the point that they were in the cabinet draws & running across the counter in broad daylight. I had to throw food away that was wrapped tightly bc a roach scurried from underneath it when I moved the bag. I alerted the local owner & although they never responded to me, they said (via the property mgr.) this was addressed after I checked out. I certainly hope so for the next guest. Such a shame bc it’s otherwise a beautiful home, area, view.
