This spectacular ocean front luxury home has a private beach and over 5500 square feet of living space. The home features a first floor and a second floor master suite, two additional bedrooms that share an attached bath and a third floor bunk room. There is plenty of space for the whole family with a beach-front great room, media room, game room, laundry room, beach front deck and whole house sound system. There is a workout room with weights, a squat rack, Concept2 rower and stationary bike.
The home is located on the best stretch of private beach on the north side of Cape Cod and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The home is undoubtedly the finest vacation rental in the area. This is NOT a typical Cape Cod cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for a professional chef and the home includes fine furniture and art work, all cotton linens and towels. Everything you need for fun at the beach is there: Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games and toys. The beach front deck is great for lounging throughout the day as well for enjoying the amazing sunrise in the morning and the spectacular sunset at dusk.
