This upmarket luxury property has been set up for the discerning holidaymaker, offering fantastic water views from the master bedroom and the lounge room. There is a big decked outdoor entertaining area that overlooks the marina. It has a timber jetty for sitting and enjoying the peace, tranquillity and view, or if you have a boat, then moor it here for the duration of your stay! There is direct access out of the marina to the River Murray.
Vanda at d’Marina is a spacious modern home with three bedrooms, an open- plan living and dining area, plus an extra entertainment room (with sofa bed) to easily accommodate up to 8 people in comfort.
Natural daylight, from skylights in the high-raked ceiling, floods the main living area. Here you will find the well-appointed open-plan kitchen with informal seating for 4 guests – a delightful space to serve breakfast, lunch or coffee. For more formal dining there is a generous table, seating 8 people.
Cosy up in front of the log fireplace with a coffee or glass of wine, served at the perfect temperature from the inbuilt wine storage cabinet.
Alternatively, outside on our large covered deck, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the birds native to the Coorong region, enhancing your outdoor dining experience at the table for 8. You can also choose to stretch out on the lush green lawn or on the stunning full-length redgum bench, in the terraced garden below. The top terraced area is fenced for the safety of kids and dogs (more info below).
Enter the main bedroom suite and enjoy the water views from the queen-sized bed. The ensuite, including a full-sized bath, a shower and double basins, is discretely accessed from behind the built-in wardrobe.
A second powder room with a separate toilet and shower is convenient to the living area and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with two single beds.
An entertainment room is located to the right of the main entry. It is fitted with a wall-mounted TV and a sofa bed that sleeps two.
Additional conveniences; Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the home any time of the year. Premium appliances and cookware allow you to whip up a sumptuous meal and for easy clean-up, a dishwasher is provided. Laundry facilities are also provided.

Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. The first tier of the terraced garden, which incorporates a grassed area off the deck, has been fully fenced to restrict access to the lower part of the block and the water. The mesh and post fence is approx 1200 high (though there is a part of the colour bond fence that is only 900h). The wire mesh has small gaps of about 7.5cm. There is a gate to access the lower part of the block.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.
