This is an award-winning Brooks community complex, in Southwest Florida, just north of Naples. it is a gated country club community with a private eighteen hole, par seventy-two, championship golf course, with 7 sets of tees. Off Season - May through October, play for cart fees only at Over Forty participating reciprocal clubs!
This non-smoking first-floor corner unit with an attached garage offers an outstanding view that overlooks a pond and 12th fairway, is very private, with no cart path, and is within short walking distance to the pool. With brand new furnishings and just painted, this is the best unit you’ll find for rent in Spring Run. It includes all the amenities you would expect from a golf community.
The living area has 2 sofas so you can comfortably watch the entertainment center which is equipped with a large LCD TV with cable, and DVD. There is a twelve foot sliding glass opening onto the screened lanai giving you a panoramic view of the golf course. There is a marble top table in the dining room for a more formal dining experience.
The master bedroom, also overlooking the 12th fairway, is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. It has a large, walk-in closet and private bath, with double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet there is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower for visiting guests. Relax in the cozy den which includes a daybed, large screen Home Theater. The entire house has full cloud coverage high-speed Internet access with 500mb/s speed.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, and has stone covered counters with a state-of-the-art glass cooktop and stove, built in microwave, a French double door fridge, and a dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided except the food. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided
A $500 golf membership transfer and $100 non-refundable application fee, provide you and your spouse/second person access to the club facilities such as an eighteen-hole golf course, aquatic driving range, putting green, fitness center, plus a newly renovated 12 million dollar clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage and outdoor dining service, pro shop and tennis facilities.
Walking/biking distance to the brand new Coconut Point Town Center which contains over 1.8 million square feet of specialty stores, department stores, bookstores, entertainment venues, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrian environment. Also, enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS, and the Promenade. Downtown Naples is only twenty minutes away.
This location is halfway between Fort Myers and Naples and is only 15-20 minutes from the Fort Myers International Airport. The beach is a short 10 minutes drive.
