Enter through the private garage for secure parking. Additional on street parking is available.
1st floor - half bath, Living Room & sitting area. 15ft ceilings. Tall windows w/ blackout curtains. Front door enters onto Washington St. Expansive rich green sectional sofa. 2 sitting chairs. 65 inch smart TV w/ our Sling TV provided or stream your favorites. Speedy WIFI.
Garage is off of 1st floor. We put in a new ping pong table & cornhole boards. Theres also a full sized new SS refrigerator in the garage. Guests are welcome to park their cars in the other side of the garage (code provided), or there is on street parking.
2nd floor- 2 beds, 2 baths, dining room, kitchen, smart TV & balcony w/ seating.
Br #1 features a private full bath w/ tub and shower combo, raised porcelain sink, tile floors, sleek gray cabinets & gold fixtures. There are plenty of white fluffy towels for guests use.
This bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ new memory foam mattresses. We use white hotel grade sheet sets & provide extra blankets. For guest comfort we have added blackout curtains & a sound machine. This bedroom also features a full length mirror, luggage rack, closet with hangers.
Br #2 features a semi-private full bath w/ shower, raised porcelain sink, rich wood cabinets, lvt floors & black fixtures. There is also a linen closet in this bathroom.
This bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ new memory foam mattresses. Hotel grade shset sets & extra blankets. The window has blackout curtains and there is also a balcony w/ table and chairs off of this bedroom. Guests can work from home from the desk w/ fabric office chair & lamp.
Wait until you see the kitchen! L Shaped w/ plenty of cabinet space, counter space & a cool blue tile backsplash. There are 2 barstools for the peninsula. Double sink, gold fixtures. Ceramic cooktop electric stove w/ over the range microwave. Large Side by side Fridgidaire fridge w/ freezer drawer. Tea kettle, brita pitcher are there for the guests use. Coffee bar includes Keurig Coffee maker, pods provided & we usually have creamer too!
Plates/bowls/silverware/glasses etc are there. We provide light supplies for cooking- Utensils, pots and pans.
Dining area sits 4 and there is a mounted 43 inch smart tv. Use our Sling account or stream your favorites. We also added a lit bar cart w/ wine glasses and cocktail items.
On the same floor is a full sized washer and dryer, FREE for guests use!

This home is a 10-15 minute at most drive from attractions such as the Toledo Zoo, Toledo Art Museum, Stranahan Theatre & more!
Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.
Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.
Please keep in mind that staying at a VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. Reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
