This contemporary villa has 340 m2 distributed in 5 rooms with air conditioning, 1 Egypt-themed room, a game room with billiards, and a football table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. A big living room with chimney, one 4 meters table, 3 sofas, TV, DVD, and Fibre Optic Wifi.
The villa has a big garden of 2000 m2, table tennis outdoors, paddle court, basketball area, summer house with kitchen, barbecue, 1 toilet, a pool of 72 m2, and a relaxation zone with loungers and very comfortable armchairs. There is a park zone with sand and swings for the children too.
You will be provided with one set of towels and sheets as per the guests.
The distance to the beach is just 1.5km with very good communication to the airport of Barcelona or Girona. We welcome animals with prior approvals.
The villa is for a maximum of 16 people and we have 2 extra beds (at an additional cost) for a maximum of 18 people. Those interested can consult us for the price.
Once you have reserved the house maximum of 15 days before your arrival, we need you to send us the Dni or Passports of all the guests.
We don't reserve the house for groups of friends younger than 30 years old without approval.
