Of course you should be able to have some fun while your on vacation, but keep in mind, loud voices and music, especially at night with the doors and windows open, can be a disturbance to the neighbors. So we ask for your consideration while you also enjoy your time at our home.
To clarify, access to property is for BOOKED guests only!
(Without prior written permission from Host, no additional persons are allowed on property who are not Booked guests. Any violation is cause for host to cancel the remainder of your reservation and all Booked guests will be required to leave premises immediately without a refund).

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE FOR "MAIN HOUSE"
The "Main House" can accommodate a total of 10 Guests. The fee for EACH additional guest (above 8 guests) is an additional 10% of the published "Total Base Price" shown for your stay.

OPTION TO ADD-ON THE DETACHED GUEST HOUSE.
Beginning in mid-April we'll be offering our detached "Guest House" as an optional "Add-On" to bookings of the "Main House".
Even if you have less than 14 Guests, you can always "Add-On" the "Guest House" in your reservation if you want more space to spread out. Or maybe you want the kids to have their own place while the adults enjoy the main house?
Whatever your reasons, we're sure you will enjoy the extra space!
WE CAN CALCULATE THE "FINAL-TOTAL BASE PRICE" FOR YOU AND SEND YOU A BOOKING LINK.
If you would like us to calculate the Add-on of the Guest House before you decide to book, please send us a request and we get back to within 12 hours with a "Final-Total Base Price" and a link to book your reservation.
HOW WE CALCULATE THE "FINAL-TOTAL BASE PRICE" WHEN ADDING THIS OPTION
To determine the "Final-Total Base Price" for booking this Add-On, first calculate what 60% of the published "TOTAL BASE PRICE" is, then add the amount to the published "TOTAL BASE PRICE". The total will be your "Final -Total Base Price"
EXAMPLE:
If published "Total Base Price" shown is $4,000 then:
60% of a $4,000 = $2,400.
$2,400 (Add-On Fee) + $4,000 ("TOTAL BASE PRICE") = $6,400 (Final -Total Base Price).
* An additional Guest House Cleaning fee of $249 per stay will also be added to the "Final-Total Base Price".
(Detached Guest House is only be available as an ADD-ON to your reservation for the "Main House")

(up to 80 degrees):
For Stays: June thru September: Heated pool is included in your daily rate.
For Stays: October thru May: $100 for each day of the reservation.
(* If guest heats pool without authorization, the guest agrees they will incur a charge of $250 + a charge of $100 per day for each day of the reservation period)

USING "INSTANT BOOKING", WHEN AVAILABLE
a). "Instant Booking for Main House" only, (1 to 10 guests), enter the actual guest count.
b). "Instant Booking to "Add-On" additional "Guest House".
Enter 14 as the guest count. (even if your actual Guest count is less)
c). "Instant Booking to heat pool. Please send a request at least 48 hours prior to your check-in to allow time for heating.
In all cases, we'll send you an additional payment request for the additional fees due above the published "Total Base Price" for the items you would like to add to your stay. You'll then have 24 hours to pay for the additional cost of your reservation.
Full payment for your entire reservation is required before your reservation is considered "Confirmed".

THE PROPERTY
The ultra-private villa with indoor/outdoor living boasts a heated pool, spa, golf practice net and a spacious yard perfect for afternoon sun tanning, swimming, hitting some golf balls and BBQ's
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house can accommodate up to 10 guest. It has 3 bedrooms all with king beds, 2 full baths with tubs, full kitchen and dining area, office. The living room has two queen sofa sleepers.
DETACHED GUEST HOUSE
The detached guest house can accommodate 4 guest. It has two bedrooms and two full baths with showers. One bedroom will have a queen bed and the other bedroom will have a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. In addition, there is a small Kitchenette & Dining area with fridge.

FEBRUARY AND MARCH BOOKINGS
We are still waiting for the delivery of two queen sofa sleepers. Therefore until sometime in mid-March we'll only have 3 king beds available to accommodate 6 guests. If you have more than is 6 guests, we can provide each additional guest a with a full size futon (without frame) along with fresh bedding, pillows and blankets. We apologize for the inconvenience and have adjust our nightly rates accordingly.

NOISE FROM AIRPLANES
"The Point Loma Pause". Homes in Point Loma (including ours) are impacted by noise (mostly when your outside or the windows and doors are open) from departing planes between 6:30am to 11:00pm as they fly over the house.
Although it does not bother some people, everyone's sensitivity is different so we thought you should know so you're not surprise by the noise the planes create while flying overhead.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We do NOT have any cameras inside the home!
For guest safety have the following outdoor security cameras.
(3 cameras covering the public sidewalk and street and 2 cameras covering yard, pool and spa)

ENHANCED CLEANING:
Prior to your stay our professional cleaning crew will deep clean and sanitize the entire home which includes, replacing all bedding, blankets, sheets, pillow cases, towels, and bathroom floor matts. In addition, all light switches, door knobs, remotes and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay.
