Long-term Stay Policy：
Welcome to your home away from home! In accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 28 days. Additionally, For stays exceeding 28 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. This helps us keep our rates affordable while offering the comfort and convenience of a fully-equipped home. Utility charges will be based on actual usage, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Security Deposit：
A security deposit of $3,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.

* Gardener is servicing the yard once per week, and Pool is serviced once per week. If you see someone working on the front and back yard it might be them.
* Pets: While we love furry friends, we have to maintain a no-pet policy to accommodate all guests, including those with sensitivities. Thank you for understanding!
* Guests & Events: To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that there are no parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please let us know in advance if you need to update the guest list!
* For safety reasons, the water slide is strictly prohibited from use. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur if this rule is not followed.*
* Ant Awareness: As we are in an area where ants are active, we recommend keeping food areas tidy and wiping up spills to avoid unwanted visitors. Your help in keeping things clean is greatly appreciated!
* Internet: We’ve equipped the home with fast internet! If you experience any connection issues, please check that the Google Nest Wi-Fi router on the nightstand is plugged in. Feel free to reach out for assistance!
* Respecting Quiet Hours: We want everyone, including our neighbors, to enjoy their stay. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and keep noise levels low during this time. Your cooperation helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
* Non-Smoking Home: For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking home, including e-cigarettes. You’re welcome to smoke outside, but please avoid smoking indoors to prevent extra cleaning charges.
