2 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Air Conditioner

This architect-designed, million-dollar home has an incredible view of Mobile Bay. The guest space is the entire middle floor. There is a large family room (270 sq feet) which opens onto a partially covered deck facing the bay. The kitchen (156 sp ft) is equipped with gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, Koerig coffee maker, normal spices, and basic supplies. One bedroom with attached bathroom has a queen bed and overlooks the bay. The second bath room with attached bath has two twin beds. A formal dining room is next to the kitchen.
Please note that ALL guests must be adults, 18 years of age or older.
The rented space is the entire "middle" floor of the house. All the pictures in the listing show this middle floor. The "top" floor is NOT included in the rental space and is completely unoccupied during the rental period. Guests are requested not to venture up to this "top" floor.
Guests are permitted to use the pier for relaxing and fishing, IF A LIABILITY WAIVER IS SIGNED. Once a reservation is confirmed, the WAIVER will be e-mailed for signing. Guests must observe the the posted pier rules, which include no swimming, jumping or diving into the water.
Please note that a vacation rental agreement is required. Download a copy in the "house rules/rental agreement" section and read it before booking. Upon payment we will e-mail you a DocuSign copy which should be completed before your arrival date.
