Roquefort des Corbières is a magnificent typical village located between Narbonne and Perpignan, a stone's throw from the sea. You have the greatest comfort: Air conditioning in all rooms, 3 bathrooms, very high-speed Wi-Fi... The 4x9m swimming pool has a small 40 cm deep beach for children. It is secured by an integrated roller shutter. The house is close to all the village's facilities and is served by a private dead-end for 4 cars. Entering the house you access the ground floor where you will find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry room/pantry and a separate toilet. Going up the stairs, you will find upstairs, 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with BBQ and swimming pool and a garden with a large lawn area. You will also find near the swimming pool, a third bathroom with an integrated toilet. In front of the house is a private dead end where you can park up to 4 vehicles. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A key will be at your disposal in a code box.
