NOISE RULES: The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. During ALL hours noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. Even though the property is on a 1/3 acre lot, noise carries, and we need to be respectful of the neighbors when outside. Guests playing and making noise in the pool during the day are fine. Please don't play any music outside after 8pm or before 7am.

** If you would like to heat the pool, we charge an additional cost of $225 per night for a propane heater which will get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees. Pool heating and will be charged for full length of stay. Please let us know at least 7 days in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heating.
GUEST ACCESS:
Our guests have full access to the entire property, except the garage and pantry, during their stay. Nuestra casa es tu casa! We request that you refrain from removing or tampering with all mechanical equipment (including pool equipment) to ensure proper functionality and prevent any damage from occurring during your stay.
Rest assured, our keyless entry system allows for a smooth check-in regardless of whether it’s day or night!
GUEST SERVICE:
As our guests we want you to be comfortable and enjoy every minute of your stay! We are available to you as much or as little as you need us. If you have an urgent (emergency) request, please call us immediately. For non-urgent matters, please contact us via phone or email and we will respond to your request within one hour during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm.
We request that you notify us of any issues that you have during your stay. If we don’t know of an issue, we cannot fix it. Our aim is to make your stay memorable.
