There is a beautiful kitchen on the main level, and also a kitchenette on the lower level which makes this perfect for a couple families to share together or large groups. About 3,000 sqft of perfectly crafted space awaits you only 2.5 miles from downtown Durango, and only 1.5 miles from the Animas River Trail. Sitting on 1/2 acre with a fully fenced yard, and a nice trail to a lookout deck offering stunning mountain and valley views. This location offers easy access to historic Main Ave yet you can easily hop on 550 North to Purgatory Ski area just 25 miles away. You will not get bored with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong at your disposal. Plenty of parking out front that can accommodate up to 8+ vehicles or toy trailers. Summary: We were in town for FLC Commencement. This very fun and very cozy property was excellent for our family. The property was pet friendly and had everything to host a nice little reception lunch. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and really went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and accomodated a late checkout as well.
