This 3 bed, 2.5 bath and sofa bed house has a king-size bed in primary bedroom and elegant double large shower with unique interior design touches in the first floor to access the open kitchen, living room, dining room and family area. The pool deck has a nice enclosure which allows you to keep the double doors open in the family room area to create a seamless flow from the kitchen to the pool area and grill station. The laundry room on the first floor has brand new washer and dryer. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and a large open floor plan to relax, watch movies and a fully equipped full-size bathroom with dual vanity sinks. Upstairs, you will also find a workspace. The house is a smart home with Alexa automation, thermostat, ambience lighting and Sonos music system. It has 75" to 80" HDTVs with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Roku streaming.
The oversized kitchen island with modern quartz counter tops, which can easily accommodate over 5 people to mingle and enjoy a nice dinner. Nespresso coffee maker, state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of cabinet space with dimmable under counter lighting. In the outdoor area, enjoy the pool area within the nice screen enclosure to take a dip into the heated pool and spa. There is a powerful Weber Summit Grill in the grill area and a large sitting area. The backyard also features a separate sitting area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The backyard was designed by a professional landscaper with beautiful foliage and palm trees. Ambience lighting turn on automatically at dusk. Keyless entry and brand new lighting throughout the house. Pest control, lawn care and pool maintenance is done on a weekly basis. Cleaning services are available routinely for an additional charge to the guest.
