The Space

Large windows throughout place allow for abundant light when needed, and long curtains to regulate.
Parking for 2 on a driveway on Highland side.
The two baths have both a shower and soaking tubs
There are 3 HDTVs , one in each bedroom and one in the living area. We have cable TV, and they are smart TVs as well that can hook to apps. We have an 80" TV in the living room and a 60" TV in the master.
Our Chef's Kitchen has quality appliances like Sub-zero fridge and a Viking range. And you will be pleasantly surprised on all the quality cookware, tools, pots and pans we are well stocked with. The house is made for cooking.
There are two dining areas, one in the 5 person circular dining table (w/extra chairs on side), and a second 4 person table in the kitchen.
Please note main house is on a complex with 2 other smaller studio guest houses which are also rented separately. One guest house is adjacent your home near your backyard w/their own side entrance so it is designed to not interfere with your living. The second guest house is further back on the lot.
You have a private cemented patio area with an outdoor living room set in the front of the house with two gates in front of you before reaching the street. Additionally we have front yard and backyard filled with wood mulch with additional furniture in these areas as well.
Our neighborhood is very nice and safe, the street of N Oxford, and there is also free parking on this street. This is considered the neighborhood of Los Feliz which is on the boarder of East Hollywood in the city of Los Angeles.

Neighborhood description
We are in the neighborhood of Los Feliz which is near East Hollywood and Hollywood, only a long block from Hollywood Blvd. Our cross street is Franklin which is the major street which runs parallel to Hollywood Blvd. We are very close to everything Hollywood including the Hollywood Sign, and Griffith Observatory. From here of course you can easily get to everywhere Los Angles, a quick trip to Downtown Los Angles, as well ass close to Melrose, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc..
