This sumptuous home in East Orleans, MA recently underwent an extensive renovation by renowned Boston architect Patrick Ahearn. The property combines comfort, privacy, and accessibility, with luxurious appointments. The home is located in the private Pochet Association in East Orleans and is a 3-minute walk (or a 1-minute drive) from a private section of Nauset Beach, on the Atlantic Ocean.
The large bluestone patio features a heated pool (20’ x 40’), an in-ground hot-tub (8’ x 8’ ), and a hardscaped fire pit. An outdoor dining area and several outdoor seating areas give your group plenty of room to enjoy soothing ocean breezes while looking out at the Atlantic.
Inside the home, there is more than 5000 sq ft. to spread out and enjoy one of eight different community rooms including a Family Room, TV Den, Game Room, large Kitchen Island with seating for 5, Dining Room (seats up to 16), 2nd floor outdoor balcony (with views of the ocean), Arcade (in the cabana), and even a Secret Playroom for the kids (tucked behind a hidden door). The home has automatic screens that allow you to open the doors in the Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Cabana to enjoy fresh ocean air while relaxing “indoors.”
The large Chef’s Kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, refriderator drawers, a wine cooler, 2 ovens, 2 dish washers, a stove-top griddle, an ice maker, and all the accoutrements you need to feed for your group. The Cabana has an additional drinks fridge.
If you don’t want to cook, the estate is only a 4-minute drive from East Orleans village and an 8-minute drive from Orleans center, both of which have numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and ice cream shops.
Nothing is overlooked at this luxury Cape Cod property, which was specifically renovated to host large groups and families. Linens, bath towels, pool towels, and basic supplies are provided. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are at your disposal, too. The garage has an electric vehicle charging station.
Please enter your travel dates for pricing. This property requires a 7-night minimum stay during the peak summer season. The home has a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks from January to June and from September to December. We require our lease agreement to be signed to stay in our home.
As is customary in vacation rentals, there may be fees in addition to the base rental rates listed, including a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. As required by law, there are also state and local taxes, totaling 14.45%, applied to all reservations of fewer than 31 days in length.
