6 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Bedding and Kitchen

An expanded version of VRBO listing # 671073. Completely updated in 2012, this 1894 home is 3 blocks from pearl street. You could not be much closer to the heart of boulder and everything it offers!! Walk everywhere. You are also half a block away from the bus line that takes you to Chautauqua or the university.
The home retains many of the original features including the leaded glass windows but with all the high end convenience of a modern home. The open floor plan allows site lines from the front to the back of the home connecting the gourmet kitchen, dining room and parlor. Radiant floors throughout underneath the hardwood. The family room is the perfect hangout with a huge sectional, surround sound, 60' tv and playstation. If you are not checking out the amazing restaurants in boulder, the chef's kitchen has viking and bosch appliances, marble countertops, wine fridge, a bar that seats 4 and is fully stocked to give you all the tools to make a gourmet meal. There are 5 bedrooms:

Summary: Location was wonderful. Parents with little children stayed upstairs, Grandma on first floor and adult late sleeper lower level. Lots of books for little children. Internet and WiFi was iffy. We had a wonderful birthday celebration.
