Luxury 5 bed villa in privately secured Supermaresme Estate with spectacular sea view and sunsets. Supermaresme Estate has its own private security which controls the whole area. The 5000 sqm beautiful gardens surround the modern house which is made up of 4 double rooms & 1 single room & 5 bathrooms. Reception, dinning indoor and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. In the gardens there is a swimming pool, tennis /paddle court/ basketball/ swings. Tennis lessons are also available in the complex and the beach is 8 mins away. Views can be seen from every room in the house.
With lots of different indoor and outdoor areas for eating and watching the sunset set. This house is simply heavenly. Barcelona town is only 30 km away and be accessed easily by train direct to plaza de catalunya or by car 20 mn. Where the house is located in one of the highest areas of the urbanization, it enjoys beautiful views of the sea and total privacy. The main facade and the pool are oriented to the southeast enjoying natural light all day. Llavaranes town with is only 5 mins away and the stunning beaches and restaurant of Port Balis 8 mins away.Port Balis is famous for its sailing and is ideal for sailing classes.
