Nestled near the majestic foothills of Boulder, Colorado, this newly remodeled home with luxury finishes stands out as a uniquely modern house on the block. At the corner lot, the surrounding area is spacious and private. Within walking distance are endless hiking trails, pristine wonderland lake and the hustle and bustle of downtown Boulder and illustrious Pearl Street. With maple wood finishes, the house gracefully balances a modern and cozy feel. The view from the living room, kitchen, dining room and deck embodies a postcard of the impressive flatirons.
The master suite is its own sanctuary, with a king bed, barn wood finishes, and dark hues, it gives a relaxing feel, perfect for rejuvenating after a day of fun in the Rocky Mountains. With a brand new extra-large, stand-alone bathtub, you have an in-home spa. There is a large closet, and a full private bathroom.
On the same floor is another bedroom, with a queen bed, a closet, and an abundance of natural light. Across the way, is a beautiful full bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Downstairs is a third bedroom, bright and inviting, with two-way shades that allow for privacy and a view. There is a closet and private walk-in full bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs also houses a large and cozy second living room. There is a separate entrance from the basement leading out to the large, private backyard.
The laundry room, equipped with brand new appliances is also located in the basement in a separate room.
On the main floor is a spacious, modern kitchen, which opens up to the living room, dining room and a large walk-out deck. The deck is situated in such a way that it has privacy from the street and an open, unobstructed view of the flatirons. The deck has patio furniture and a grill, perfect for dining and lounging outside throughout Colorado’s four distinct seasons. The deck also has a wide staircase that leads to the backyard.
The living room has a comfortable and elegant feel. The dining room and large kitchen island comfortably seat 8. All appliances are top-of the line, and custom designed to round out the contemporary style of the home.
Due West are a plethora of hiking trails, leading you to renowned destinations and overarching sights. Due South is downtown, where you will find restaurants and bars to satisfy any of your interests. To the north you will find cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and Lucky’s market, for convenient stops just minutes away.
There is plenty of street parking in this private, safe neighborhood just outside the front door, as well as a one car driveway.

Summary: Everything about our stay at this home in Boulder was amazing. The property was just as described....Very comfortable for 3 couples with enough privacy for each. We could walk to hiking on Sanitas and Whole Foods. Easy access to highways and Estes Park. Although Dana was staying in the studio home next door, he allowed us complete privacy. Dana was super responsive via text in responding to questions about the house and even went out and bought a blender for us within an hour of us asking if there was one at the house! Could not have asked for a better experience.
