Welcome to my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home nestled in the East Queen Anne neighborhood in downtown Seattle! This unit is perfect for solo travelers, friends, couples, and even those who are in the city for business!
Enjoy the admiring city & territorial views of downtown Seattle and partial views of Lake Union from the roof top deck! The rooftop deck is large and furnished with a table and chairs, sectional style outdoor seating set, overhead string lights, an umbrella and fire pit.
This unit is located 4 mins to Fremont Troll, Woodland Park, 6 mins to Lake Union Park, Seattle Center, 7 mins to Chihuly Garden and Glass, 8 mins to Kerry Park and Space Needle, 10 mins to International Fountain, 13 mins to The Seattle Great Wheel, 15 mins to Seattle Aquarium. Walking distance to Downtown Seattle where you can find lots of different shops, cafes, and restaurants! Lake Union is within short walking distance where guests can paddleboard, kayak, boat, swim, etc.
The ground level offers a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. The living room has a sofa bed and is set up to relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
A level above is the guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a hallway bathroom, and a laundry room.
The third level has the master bedroom that features a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The rooftop deck access is through the master bedroom.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
This unit also includes high-speed WiFi, TV with Amazon Fire Stick that is available during your stay! There is also a small fenced patio with a gas bbq, gas firepit and outside furniture!
There is no on-site parking but free street parking is available within a two-minute walk to the entrance of the townhouse. Street parking has no restrictions or zoning.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $75 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out.
*The air conditioning is on the living room and top floor bedroom only.
