Large living room space with sitting area, dining table and two chairs, microwave and fridge. You have you own private restroom and then out the living room door to a wonderfully fully stocked indoor/outdoor kitchen, with cookware, appliances, dishes, everything you need to prepare full course meals. But for convenience you also have a small fridge and microwave and coffee maker inside your living room area.
Please note that it is a shared patio/balcony, front door and shared outside kitchen.

This two room/private bath unit is one of two units in the lower level of a beautiful home in the prestigious Brentwood suburbs of Nashville. The kitchen is shared between the two units, but the other unit's guest may not use the kitchen very often. Deck and outdoor space is shared but not used often by other guest.

Important Notes:
Please be aware that only 1 car can be parked at the property during your stay.
We kindly ask that guests clean up immediately after cooking.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$125 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
PARKING
Park on the road near the house sidewalk by the mailbox. However, please be sure to leave enough space for the mailman to deliver the mail without obstruction. Do not park in the driveway.
