Welcome to our recently renovated home located in a premier neighborhood within South Bay's Torrance area. Perfectly designed for privacy and an intimate ambiance, this house offers easy access to nearby beaches and stunning Palos Verdes hiking trails.
The space

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Spacious living room with open kitchen concept, featuring two couches and a 65-inch TV.
• Large dining table with seating for 8.
• Upstairs game room/family room with space for reading and foosball.
Outdoor Space:
• Huge backyard with BBQ grill and dining area for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.
Location:
• Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Torrance, just 8 minutes from Redondo Pier.
• Close proximity to supermarkets like Ralphs (3 minutes walk) and Walmart (5-7 minutes walk), as well as various restaurants and shopping malls.
Additional Amenities:
• Two-car garage accessible from the front of the house.
The platform is not allowing us to pin the correct address in the system but the property is located in Torrance City and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is also 8 minutes away to Redondo pier. Step away to all super market like Target, Ralphs, all restaurants and shopping mall.
Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
Other things to note
- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have central AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
