Large windows and an open design make for bright and airy feelings of summer, with great incorporation of indoor and outdoor space. All finishes are bespoke, with great attention to detail. Brand new everything and stocked wine cellar to boot!
Cancellation Policy: Tenant agrees that it is responsible for the full payment of the rent contemplated herein. Any failure of Tenant to pay rent when due as stated in this contract shall give grounds for Landlord to terminate this agreement. The landlord must notify Agent in writing. In the event that TENANT chooses to cancel the lease, Agent may attempt to re-rent the property, but Amy Sanford Real Estate is not obligated to do so. If the property is re-booked for the amount equal to the original lease, Tenant shall receive a refund, from the owner, for the amount they have already paid, less a 15% cancellation fee of the gross rental amount. If there is a difference in the new rental agreement and the original rental agreement, that amount shall be deducted from the refund to the original tenant, or included in any balance that is outstanding. Weather related refunds will not be given.
