This 2017 new, light and airy, fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with disabled access and adjacent garden is entirely on one level and consists of a lounge; fully fitted, integrated kitchen with Bosch appliances and on-tap filtered drinking water; two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The family and the en-suite bathrooms both have walk in showers and under floor heating. Air-conditioning, central heating, electric blinds and video entry phone are fitted for your comfort. The apartment may host 4 persons comfortably, an additional (5th) slipping place is on convertible sofa in the living room.
The lounge area opens onto a large covered patio with built in barbecue. The large, pretty garden has further two terraces which may be accessed from the bedrooms or the garden. Total private area is 277 m2, out of which 100m2 occupies the apartment. There is a lift to the underground car-park which has a large, dedicated parking space. The property offers access to community areas throughout the garden.
The well-kept community offers a very pretty garden and large pools area including sun shades, if required. During the summer season there is a life guard in attendance. There is year-round, on-site security; a well-equipped fitness room; a sauna; a jacuzzi; a heated indoor pool; dressing rooms with lockers.
Both Guardamar town centre and its beautiful blue flag beach are just 15 minutes’ walk. Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Cartagena are all within easy reach and there are numerous golf courses and places to visit nearby. Alicante and Murcia airports are 25 minutes and 35 minutes respectively.
