It sleeps 22 guests in 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups and multigenerational families.
Just arrived is a brand new Arcade style game, with over 4,500 games to choose from! There are new large smart TVs throughout the home and new 85 inch TV in theater room with guest access to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN! In the garage is a multi-pair boot dryer, a ski and snowboard rack and convenient and stylish snowboard benches (benches made from snowboards). All these modern conveniences just in time for your ski trip to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, they both are musts! Each resort offers a unique and exciting ski and snowboard experience. Make sure to purchase lift tickets online in advance. Powder offers lower prices the earlier you purchase and they may sell out. Night skiing is just $19 and sells out often. CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit all rent sums paid.
