Spry Shores, located along the Lake Huron coastline on the 45th parallel is on Northern Bruce Peninsula, south of Tobermory and the National Park, but close to Black Creek Provincial Park. It is renowned for its sunsets and known for being a popular destination for the affluent / 'well healed.' Spry Shores includes the smaller Hobsons Harbour area and is closely connected to the Whiskey Harbour and Pike Bay communities further down the Lake Huron coastline.
Spry Shores was originally home to the logging and fishing pioneers who settled the land from the Crown during treaties with the Ojibwe (SON) who were aboriginal to the land. Although the summer population can swell to Northern Bruce Peninsula, about 60% of the homes are seasonally occupied. Its location close to Lion's head marina makes it a popular destination for skippers and yachters enjoying the boating and sailing season. It is also close to the most challenging and stunning portion of the Bruce Trail, Canada's oldest footpath.

The great room also features a vaulted cathedral ceiling massive smart TV, gorgeous lounge chairs and sofas for comfort and 3 beautiful bedrooms The lower level features the media and games rooms, 3 more spacious bedrooms and a stunning walkout to the lower level deck and hot tub. Not only does the shoreline provide a breathtaking Lake Huron sunset view but the gentle sloping flat rock shore also features a solid well protected boat basin carved out of the limestone to satisfy all the wants and needs for boaters as well as swimmers. Located 40 min away from Sauble beach, half hour away from Tobermory and Bruce Peninsula National park. Don’t miss to visit Flowerpot island. It is 6.5 km away from Tobermory and reached only by boat. Two private tour boat companies operate return trips from Tobermory to the island from mid May to mid October, weather permitting. The island is famous for its natural "flowerpot" rock pillars, caves, historic light station and rare plants. Most visitors take a tour boat from the town of Tobermory to spend a half or full day on the island hiking the trails, viewing the scenery, picnicking or swimming. Lots of nice restaurants and stores at the town of Tobermory. Bear tracks inn Restaurant and Moms pizza are located 7 min away serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the intersection of Hwy 6 and Bruce Rd 9. The restaurant closes at 8pm and Moms pizza is closed Monday and Tuesday. Banks, LCBO, grocery and more restaurants are located 10 min away at the town of Lion’s head. Foodland groceries at lion’s head closes at 8pm. Marina is located right behind the Foodland, you can’t miss it.
