Your riverside adventure begins as you step through the doors of this beautiful, modern property and into the spacious entrance hall. The airy hallway, complete with hanging cupboards, warmly welcomes you and offers sufficient space for cases, shoes etc.
Moving into the snug, versatile front-of-the-house space that can serve as a serene retreat or a lively playroom for young ones. Partitioned by sliding double doors from the kitchen, this room provides a comfy seating area and television - perfect for relaxing with a coffee or evening drink.
Past the snug, you’ll find a culinary oasis in the form of our modern kitchen. This chef's paradise has three Miele ovens – a steam oven, a microwave combination, and a 90cm wide conventional oven. Adjacent, a full-height fridge, freezer and wine fridge stand ready for use. A boiling and cold filter tap has also been fitted for ultimate convenience. Connected to the kitchen, the dining room lies within a contemporary, light-filled house extension. Admire the mid-century Danish table that expands to accommodate 10 guests, with highchairs and toddler seats available for your youngest companions.
Adjacent, the casual living room seating area grants an uninterrupted garden view. The room’s bifold doors open fully, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Venture outside and discover a garden kitchen and outdoor seating area ideal for alfresco dining experiences.
Below ground level, our cosy media room awaits. It provides the perfect setting for movie nights, equipped with a large TV and comfortable sofas. Nearby, the peaceful, light-filled designer studio space is at your disposal, with a large table, workspace, and skylights that bathe the room in natural light from the garden above. Our functional utility room, complete with a washer, dryer and a warm clothes hanging area, makes laundry chores a breeze.
The house boasts five elegantly furnished bedrooms spread across multiple floors. On the first floor, the primary bedroom features a luxurious super king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dressing room. The second room, ideal for children, can accommodate two singles or serve as a nursery with a cot and cot bed.
Venture to the second floor to discover two more bedrooms: a double room with a window overlooking the lush gardens below and a queen room nestled under Velux windows, both sharing a convenient bathroom.
