Summary: This is our 10th year traveling with our group to Florida for Spring break and this is by far the best property we’ve stayed at! Some features we loved that weren’t listed included:- washer and dryer on all three floors which meant no need to make a laundry schedule between families.- An ice maker in bar area saved us a lot of money on bags of ice all week.- 5 fridges (1 full and 4 mini) throughout the house and outdoor area!- A bathroom out by the pool.- The kitchen was so well stocked we didn’t need to purchase plastic utensils, cups, or plates for our group of 12, which was a first.- Enough common space areas to allow everyone to gather in one location OR get away for some quiet time when needed. There is a wonderful donut/sandwich/pizza shop just two blocks down, and just another two blocks is a local grocery store that had everything we needed and was cheaper for most items than Publix. The Laguna beach area was just far enough from PCB that you didn’t get the crowded, spring break vibes, but close enough that if you wanted to join the crowds for a day, you could.We try to avoid booking places that are rented by property management groups, but we were pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness to any issues we had (just a few, and all fixed pretty much immediately). Overall, highly recommend this house!
