This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis.

The Guest House:
You'll enter the guest house through a separate entrance. The home is surrounded by a large privacy fence, giving you your own drive & backyard to enjoy during your stay.
Inside you'll find a large living space open to a modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, a large breakfast bar, and sliding barn doors. The living space is filled with large windows & a sliding glass door that opens up into your own private backyard.
The bedroom is separate from the living space allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. Connected to the bedroom is a private bathroom with heated tile floors and a huge walk-in shower. The bathroom is well equipped with towels and soaps.
