1 Bedroom Apartment with Security, Bedding and Wellness Facilities
Impeccably decorated 2nd floor apartment in Belsize Park, conveniently located 5min walk from Primrose Hill & 10min from Hampstead. Getting into central London is very easy by Northern Line or Jubilee Line. 20min to Green Park and 30min into the city. It's also a wonderful walk to Mayfair in 40min through the parks. The apartment is quiet and very homely with high quality finish, which will make for a comfortable stay. There is reliable WiFi.
The flat is positioned on the rear side of the building, overlooking an enormous tree in the garden, so is very quiet and peaceful - you'd hardly know you were in central London. Living space includes a good sized living room with dining table and modern kitchen leading off with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob. There is a Nespresso machine for coffees. The bathroom is modern and includes bath and shower over bath, and a washing machine is available for use.
The bedroom for your stay has a comfortable double Hypnos bed and open shelving units with hanging rail. There are two bedside tables with further areas for storage. The room is fairly cosy, there isn't a working desk arrangement, for this would would be best to use sitting room/dining room.
(Please note: this is my primary residence that I rent while I travel. The main bedroom of the flat is locked and not available for use, while the rest of the property is available to you. The living spaces and kitchen will have some personal belongings in situ (in cupboards and marked as such).
There is NO LIFT in the building, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a lovely wide stair case to access the apartment, with 43 steps.
