Summary: I booked this listing for my supervisor and was not the occupant during the stay. Although I personally did not have any issues with Rosanna or the condo I am aware that this stay did not go as planned. Rosanna was great at communicating with me and I relayed all messages to the occupant as I received them. I wish Rosanna the best with her future bookings!
