Everything Your Family And Friends Could Ask For.Located in New Buffalo Michigan is this luxurious retreat. You and your family are just steps away from the private Lake Michigan beach. This house has a large complete private fenced courtyard with private heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and gas grill for your use. Outdoor decking area has plenty of space for fun. Fully furnished screen porch is attached to the house first floor that enters in to the living room. In the front of the house we provide full tennis/basketball/soccer court that has complete private fence. Inside, the home has an easy, laid back comfortable feeling the moment you enter into the large living room. First floor provides 2 bedrooms with full baths and walk in closets. Two living room areas. One formal dining area with large formal dining table seating up to 10-12 people . Large fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances, granite counters and large breakfast area seating up to 10 people. Not only is this home fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, toaster, Miele built in Coffee machine, but the décor is warm and inviting. Second floor provides with 3 bedrooms and one large bathroom that is big enough for 6 people use. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has private balcony. This house easily fits 10-12 people it's very well cared for and IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE !!!!! Includes a golf cart ( seating for 6 )and it is only 4 minutes drive to Grand Beach's golf course. It's intended for families and friends to have the best time here and to bring home warm and good memories. Free WiFi included plus cable TV and outdoor surround sound stereo ( with downloaded SONO app).

Summary: Once we worked through a few misunderstandings about the contract things went smoothly. We had a great time with the family and enjoyed the various amenities that the house offered. This is the first time I’ve used VRBO and will be more cautious reviewing and clarifying contracts in the future. When we first read the contract it appeared that you could have additional people staying at the house provided you pay an additional fee per day for each person. I pointed out a discrepancy in the rates between the contract and the note sent to us by the owner before we signed and paid the rental fee. Shortly before we were to travel we were informed by the owner that there was a strict limit on how many people could stay at the house. This differed from what we were previously told. We quickly made alternative arrangements for one family and still managed to enjoy our vacation together. It was very frustrating to have to deal with this apparent last minute change in policy and left a cloud hanging over the rental because of this. But we really enjoyed the house and had no additional problems once the vacation began.
