The Neighborhood:
Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Nearby Savannah State, enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river.
Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.

NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available 24/7 to assist you.
