What We Love
Paradise awaits at this splendid two-story home located on a single-loaded street with easy access to hiking trails, Salt Creek State Beach, and Monarch Beach! Enjoy world-class golfing at the adjacent Monarch Beach Golf Links, the Waldorf Astoria, and the Ritz-Carlton resorts. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Other great attractions you can find nearby include Dana Wharf Sportfishing & Whale Watching Dana Point, Aliso Beach, Main Beach Park, Salt Corridor Regional Park, and so much more.
Perched directly above the Monarch Beach Golf Link, you will get to admire breathtaking views of the golf course (17th green), the ocean, and Catalina Island on clear days. This immaculate and completely remodeled home away from home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan with skylights, plenty of natural light, and wood flooring throughout. Spend tranquil days chilling in the living area, which boasts a double-sided gas fireplace, welcoming seating, and a huge smart TV with streaming services. Attached to the living area is a private balcony facing the backyard and offering impeccable views of the golf course. There is an inviting seating area along with a gas grill table. Back inside, the well-appointed chef's kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces, including two coffee makers. Adjacent to the dining area is a convenient dry bar with a wine fridge and a mini-fridge.
Outside, the newly landscaped backyard is perfect for entertaining! There are plenty of seating options available along with a bubbly hot tub, offering the perfect spot to wash all of your worries away while admiring breathtaking golf course views.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the primary suite can be found on the upper level, offering a large walk-in closet, a smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Three spacious bedrooms are located on the lower level along with two full bathrooms, a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer, and direct access to the attached two-car garage. Additional perks include a surround sound system, bean bags, a cornhole board, a table-top high chair, children's games and toys, baby gates, four kids' scooters, five boogie boards, four e-bikes (with a signed waiver), and four electric scooters (with a signed waiver).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
