4 Bedroom House with Security, Guest Services and Laundry

Beautiful & VERY spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath pool home offers comfort, style and plenty of privacy between you and your guests. Located in the Eau Gallie Art District (EGAD) less than 4 miles to public beach, this custom home with 3000 square feet offers a unique split floor plan with three king beds and one queen and plenty of space to spread out. The large U-shaped sectional backrests adjust to make every seat a cozy comfy chaise…no better way to enjoy the 85 inch smart TV!
This single family home was custom built in 2013 and offers two en suite bedrooms on two separate corners of the home, plus two additional bedrooms on the other side sharing a full bath between. The home also has a 1/2 bath off the pool. Solid surface ceramic tile floor in the main areas and genuine bamboo flooring in the bedrooms make for sanitary living. Mattresses are from the Marriott Hotel Collection. The Master Bedroom features a beautiful King Bedroom Set with tall headboard in white wood; The other en suite offers a queen bed and the other two both have kings. This home is great for a large family or traveling couples to have plenty of privacy and comfort. We have the highest speed wifi available so even great for corporate retreats or gamers who want to bring their preferred console. A karaoke speaker and mike is on hand for those who want to bring out their inner rockstar, or just to have some family fun with the kiddos.

Summary: This house was absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and had everything we needed! We loved how deep the pool was, even though it was freezing still since we went in March. It was well stocked, you need only bring bathroom toiletries as everything else is provided! We did have a hiccup upon check in, but Kate was super responsive and got it resolved quickly and she made up for the inconvenience. Just a heads up in case you don’t realize it from the listing, the pool is not covered, so don’t be surprised by debris in the pool from nearby trees. There is a pool net provided which we definitely made use of the try to keep as much debris out as possible. The house truly is gorgeous and we would stay here again!
