Remodeled both inside and out and sitting on a near acre of private, tree-lined land, this adorable vacation rental features warm wood accents throughout, a cozy electric fireplace, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for six, a cozy living area with comfortable furniture, lake views, and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a furnished, covered back deck with a gas grill all ready for summertime cookouts. Additional outdoor amenities include a firepit, a 32-foot dock, and 100 feet of private frontage on 440-acre Pioneer Lake. There are even snowmobile trails over the lake in the winter, great for ice fishing! All of this is less than a 15min. drive from downtown Eagle River for additional entertainment.
