Small dinette. Covered Back Porch with a wonderful bed swing, a wood stove and a beautiful bluff overlook down onto the river below! Good water to the dock year round! Navigable by boat from Brushy Branch boat ramp just a few minutes away! Side covered porch overlooks the catfish pond only 20 ft away. Porch Rockers and a Porch Bed Swing! Flat Screen TV/ DVD combo. Neighbors are more than 100 yds away on each side. Private, Peaceful and Serene. Absolutely one of the best deals you will find on all of VRBO or HOMEAWAY! The nightly rate beats every local hotel! All we ask is a very small cleaning fee per stay of $75. as a "Pay it forward" for the cleaning crew. They do a great job and you will find the cabin to be spotless with a fresh non-smoking interior.
