You enter a spacious hall, incl. toilet, with stairs to the 1st floor.
On the right is the cozy dining kitchen with patio doors to the outside with a beautiful view.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, oven, La CREUSET pans and food processor, etc.
In the utility room is a washing machine with ironing board and iron.
Spacious living room with large fireplace, comfortable sitting area and beamed ceiling.
There is satellite television (including all Dutch channels), DVD and stereo with CD player.
You can draw from a large collection of Quality Films.
In addition, a large collection of Scandinavian/Danish Thrillers and English detective series.
French doors from the living room lead to a spacious covered shaded, intimate terrace with a wisteria blooming in the spring.
There is a dining table of 3 meters and a cool gas bbq (Gran Hall) and refrigerator.
From the hall with separate toilet you find on the left the downstairs master downstairs with a double box spring, a window and patio doors to the outside.
Furthermore, an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, with a beautiful view.
Since you will be staying in the mas type, the first half open bedroom is located on an attractive "mezzanine", directly after getting up from downstairs.
Through a small corridor you walk to bedroom 2.

The separate toilet is located on the left side of the hall.
On the 2nd floor is a separate 'studio', with beautiful views over the entire valley.
The "studio" is suitable for 4 people and accessible via 2 separate entrances.
There is also a counter with window sink, overlooking an olive grove.
Entrance 1: at the covered terrace/veranda you go around the back and then walk towards a large stone staircase that gradually goes up.
Entrance 2: Go via the uphill road behind the villa, where you can see the entrance at street level.
This makes it easy to bring your bags to your vacation spot.
This space itself is approximately 50 m2, consists 2 bedrooms with box springs.
Both rooms enjoy a beautiful view!
Upon entering the studio you will immediately enter bedroom I.
Through this room, you reach bedroom II via a hallway.
In the hall is the bathroom with bath with shower facility and there is also a sink.
The toilet is separate.
PAY ATTENTION:
The 'studio' is never rented separately, so not even if you book La Bergerie with only 4 people. This guarantees total privacy.
1 real baby bed and 2 baby cot and 2 high chairs are available.

If desired, you can rent a linen package (= 1 large and small bath towel, beach towel, kitchen linen and bed linen).
