We invite you to enjoy your vacation at "The Small Easy", an inviting, quiet, and pleasant vacation home tucked away from the crowds within a peaceful, private small marina community located on the scenic Indian River. Located 16 miles from Delaware Beaches, The Small Easy is close to just about everything and nestled in the lovely community of Gull Point. This pleasant two story townhouse is clean, comfortable, sleeps up to eight, and includes two full baths. The complete kitchen includes all needed cooking and serving utensils, and the home is also equipped with a clothes washer and dryer. Flat screen cable TV and Fios broad-band internet is installed. Outdoor living is available on the upper deck (with a slight view of the bay), a first floor screen room, and a deck for an open-air evening meal or chat beneath the stars.
~ With full amenities, this sweet spot is a stone’s throw away from the pool, and a 4 minute walk to the Marina for stunning panoramic views of the ever-changing river and nearby parkland. Shopping, dining out, and all ocean-side state parks are a reasonable drive.

~ If you like deep sea fishing, you're 8 miles by boat to the Indian River inlet and immense Atlantic Ocean with some of the best fishing grounds on the East Coast.

This gem has guarded ocean beaches with bath houses and also separate primitive fishing and surfing beaches. In addition, Henlopen has an area with wide open bay views and a shallow bay-water swimming beach, perfect for nature lovers and young children. Also in Henlopen State Park, discover the fascinating World War II Fort Myers museum complete with bunkers, barracks, artillery, and a 60 foot observation tower with amazing views which is open to the public. In addition, there is great kayaking in the Delaware bay which has a light house and jetty to explore (last time we kayaked there, dolphins were swimming all around us!) a nature center, loads of biking and hiking trails, and a large fishing pier. The Cape May ferry, which makes aa great day-trip, is right next to Cape Henlopen.
~ The Gull Point Marina is being rebuilt this year, so boats can be launched from the Delaware State Park boat ramp directly next door to Gull Point. From your boat you can explore a variety of striking water settings and landscapes along the Indian River and its tributaries, the Rehobeth and Indian River bays, the vast Atlantic ocean (about 8 miles away), and also the Holt Landing and Delaware State parks.
