On a quiet pedestrian-only street you find a lovely comfortable house, with a well-equipped kitchen small courtyard garden and 3 bedrooms with excellent top quality beds .
One bedroom has a Super King size sleigh bed, another a solid heavy pine Mexican type with a Tempurpedic mattress, and the third is a very solid large single with good quality mattress.
All bedrooms are quiet. You have the entire house to yourself. Kitchen fully eqipped with microwave, dishwasher,, washingmachine,, toaster kettle coffee maker etc.
The location is excellent as it is across the street from Waitrose, Heavitree hospital and St Luke Med School. To walk to the cathedral would take about 10 mins. Bus to the university , train station and other parts of the city is one block or perhaps 100 meters away.
