1 Bedroom Apartment with TV, Bedding and Kitchen
Large private studio annex with en-suit bathroom (shower) in Bromley. Suitable for short overnight stays (1-5 nights) or daytime use as a work space. The room is on the ground floor and recently decorated with own private side access. There is no kitchen area but there is a microwave, kettle and mini fridge. The room easily sleeps 2 with a living room area/work area.
Only a 20 minute train from central London and plenty of bus routes makes this a great location for a business or leisure. Our property is best suited for single or couples looking for a short stay or work space during the week.

A homely and spacious self contained one room studio and part of our family home. Help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits, Netflix, games cupboard, there’s also a small fridge and microwave.
Comfy sofa and armchairs for relaxing and plenty of space for an additional mattress or we can make up the sofa for a child.
Small table suitable for laptop working or dining with 2 x chairs.

This is a family home and therefore there may be some noise of footsteps, voices, TV - general living! We do try our best to keep the noise down.This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
