Summary: This was my first time braving a VRBO rental that hadn’t received any reviews yet, and I’m glad I took the chance on this one. The photos are accurate. Opening the front door, we were properly greeted by a clean and homey atmosphere. The house guidelines are displayed on the kitchen counter and I appreciate that it’s clear and to the point but without a lengthy book (unlike this novel of a review, haha). I also believe it is fairly priced since the location is fantastic… close to so many unique places to eat and places to check out. We felt very safe. Also, the hot tub! This is my most desired feature on a vacation, and sometimes it is very difficult to find rentals that have them. It was lovely to have a relaxing soak. We came here for our family to visit Busch Gardens. It’s a 30 min drive to the park, but honestly that’s what you want because the area around the theme park isn’t nearly as desirable. I contacted the host a couple times, and he was so friendly and helpful. In full disclosure, we did not get the opportunity to use the kitchen appliances since we were off to the park in the morning and returning in the evening but the appliances looked nice. I would absolutely stay here again.
